🇬🇧 Freshwater Salamanders use their tails to stir up the depth of the marshes so they can grow algae or bury their eggs. In dark waters, Salamanders' eyes will turn in a dark shade, and their pupils turn as a bright yellow. This is the effect from a membrane that allows them to see even when the light fades away.

🇫🇷 Les Salamandres d'eau douce utilisent leur queue pour remuer la profondeur des marais afin de pouvoir cultiver des algues ou enterrer leurs œufs. Dans l'obscurité des eaux, les yeux des Salamandres se teintent d'une couleur sombre, et leurs pupilles deviennent jaune vif. Cela est dû à une membrane leur permettant de voir même quand la luminosité diminue.
